New Year, New Goals. New Directions



It's been an incredible year. An amazing year. 

The best part? Is I looked back at my post from 2013's Goals and guess what....I accomplished them all.

Whaaat?!

I graduated with my Master's.

I finished my thesis.

I completed my first Ultra without injury and with a smile on my face.

I focused on eating whole foods and exercised more often.

I traveled.

I ran far. I lifted heavy. And I found more ways to stand on my head. Score!

Honestly...I did so much more than I ever anticipated.

So, with that, here are my goals for 2014:
